According to Microsoft, they are looking into a problem that is affecting a number of Microsoft 365 services. Microsoft acknowledged in a post on X (formerly Twitter) that the problem is affecting a number of Microsoft 363 services. Users can consult MO1020913 in the platform admin center for further information.

Microsoft said in a separate statement that it had located the probable source of the problem and was still keeping an eye on the recovery. By using the provided number, all affected users can check the admin center for additional information.
A number of users have noticed that their services appear to come back online after restarting their device, and some are still having trouble logging into their Outlook application on Downdetector, an online platform that gives users real-time information about the status of various websites and services.
